BP2023 Suppliers

The online Exhibitor Manual contains a wide range of information on optional services and all booked exhibitors will receive bespoke log-in details in due course.

You are, of course, able to use other suppliers. However, please be aware that at the last show some ‘rogue operators’ dishonestly posed as official suppliers and we heard reports of rip-off charging, poor service and in some cases non-delivery. In contrast we work closely with approved suppliers – for example, arranging priority access. They often also have a helpful presence onsite during build, breakdown and where relevant during the show itself. For the avoidance of doubt, unless the organisation is listed in the Online Exhibitor Manual or the service is being booked via BP2023 Ltd, the organisation is NOT an approved supplier.
